Hand-carved from a single piece of hardwood, this vintage Indian parat bowl is full of rustic charm and history. Traditionally used for kneading dough in family kitchens, its deep patina, tool marks, and timeworn cracks tell the story of decades of use.

At 55cm long (including the pointed handle), this generous bowl makes a striking centrepiece. Its sculptural silhouette - especially the distinctive pointed end - sets it apart from more common round or oval dough bowls.

Use it as a striking table centerpiece, filled with fruit, dried botanicals, or candles - or let its raw beauty shine on its own.

Please take a look at the photos carefully, which illustrate the vintage wear condition, with visible cracks and repairs, adding to its authentic character. Due to its age and condition, this is a delicate piece and therefore should be treated carefully as a decoration or with light use.
