A striking vintage folk pottery vase with a sculptural twin-handled amphora form and richly textured matte black finish. Handcrafted from earthenware, the vase features incised wave motifs and impressed decorative detailing, giving it a wonderfully tactile quality and a strong sense of traditional craftsmanship.
The base retains part of its original paper label, believed to reference the Argeş region of Romania, suggesting the piece may originate from a mid-20th century Romanian artisan workshop.
